Detailed Description

Incomplete, but fast XML reader implementation. This XML reader is mostly compatible with 'Minimal XML' or 'SML' with added support for attributes, XML declaration and use of white space characters in CharData. The only exception to compatibility with SML is the limitation of only ASCII symbols in element and attribute names.
